On April 4th, 5th and 6th over 100 Nagda bird dog enthusiasts and their guests came to Longmeadow Game Resort.

This year’s NAGDA Nationals featured competitors from all over the country including California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and even as far as the east coast.

All breeds were welcome with divisions for flushers, pointers, puppies, women, and seniors. There was even a doubles competition. NAGDA has also created a youth division where the next generation of hunters get to put their skills to the test.

The North American Gun Dog Association was formed to provide bird dog owners the opportunity to hunt upland birds in a competition format.
