On Sunday, February 16 we had the privilege of hosting the John Elway annual Service Department pheasant hunt for the 2013 year’s performance. 

The conditions were a little wet and muddy but overall it was a great day to shoot some trap and hunt some birds.  Thirty-eight  members of the local John Elway dealership’s service teams joined us for a competitive trap shoot and hunt.

Trophies and prizes were awarded for: best in trap, best shot on pheasant, hardest hit, longest shot, most birds, and longest tail feathers.  The competition was stiff but in the end the winners were crowned with the longest shot at 75 yards, the hardest hit was a 10 (completely shredded), most birds to one person at 8,  and the longest tail feathers at 22.5”.
