If you’re looking for an excellent venue with catering in Colorado, look no further than Longmeadow. Whether you’re in the mood for cocktails and appetizers, prime rib, seafood, Mexican, Italian or you want to customize a menu, our full-service catering kitchen can create a cuisine that will tantalize your taste buds and leave your guests hungry for more.

Menus are as unique as each of our guests. Based on your selections, prices may vary, but we’d like to give you an idea of what to expect. With that in mind, a typical menu we might create should run anywhere from $10 to $50 per person.

The food served at any festivity should represent that specific event which is why we always answer this question with some questions of our own.  What type of affair are you hosting?  How many guests will you be serving?  What did you have in mind for the look, feel and theme?  What is your catering budget?… These questions, along with several others will assist our catering team in designing and recommending the best possible menu selections for your celebration.

A better question would be:  what’s not included?  Our full-service bar and catering hall in Colorado provides everything from the menu design all the way down to packing up your leftovers.  So, everything you see here and more:

To make sure the catering for your event runs smoothly, you will always have an on-site manager and at least one service member for every 30 to 40 guests.

Here at Longmeadow, we insist that our guests receive nothing but the best from the time they arrive until they depart!  This means that we must be able to control the quality of the products and services provided and consumed at our resort. For this reason, we do not allow any outside food or caterers.

Why rush home when the day is done? Kick back and relax with us in our 1,800sf bar and lounge designed specifically for your good time. Complete with wifi, comfy sitting areas, full service bar, and large screen satellite TVs so you can catch the big game.

The exquisite cuisine we offer at our catering hall in Colorado will definitely tantalize your taste buds, but our full service bars will bring your night to life! As with everything we do, the bar service can be customized to fit your specific wants, needs and budget.  Just share your vision with our team and we will design a bar package that best fits you.

  • Open Bar:  If you have your heart set on an “Open Bar” but would like an idea of the cost, we recommend you figure about $15-$20/guest.  We also highly recommend you set an limit on your open bar to avoid any unnecessary surprises.  Our staff will then advise you when you are approaching any of the limits or benchmarks you have set.  This will help you to remain within your bar budget.
  • Combo Cash/Open Bar:  Another option is to go with a combination of cash and open bar.  This allows you to offer your guests some free drink options while maximizing your beverage budget.   Offering a combination of free beer and wine while allowing your guests to purchase any additional items from our complete liquor menu is the most common way to accomplish this but certainly not the only way.
  • Cash Bar:  This option gives your guests full access to our complete bar selection but on their dime not yours.  Our drinks are very reasonably priced so don’t feel bad at all.

Our professionally trained bartenders can make just about anything.  Just share you tastes, preferences and vision with our people and we will design and recommend a sensational signature drink unique to your event.

We do not have any “all-inclusive” bar packages; however, we do offer discounts on items purchased by the case or keg.

As a licensed entity, Colorado liquor laws do not allow any outside alcohol to be brought into or out of our facilities or off licensed grounds.  So, in other words, NO, but we do offer very affordable beverage options. Longmeadow operates under a hotel/restaurant liquor license which simply means that we must abide by all the normal state & federal liquor laws.  If you have questions about those laws please go to: www.colorado.gov/pacific/enforcement/liquor-enforcement-laws-rules-regulations
